1. General directions and user guide:

  1. INBTKW.org interactive zones represent an open platform that aims at intellectual development and improving the services in our society by communicating with decision makers to reach solutions for all problems, and to suggest solutions to improve the quality of services and to enhance its culture and qualities. But with the freedom comes responsibility to make this contribution effective. The platform might present comments, forums and discussion topics, in addition to other interactive features, that do not allow the download of the content, or the users' comments, and materials like videos, photos, messages and other materials that can be classified as "user content". You will be personally responsible for the usage of any interactive spaces. By introducing your user content through an interactive space, you state that you are over 18, or if you are under 18 and had the approval of one of your parents or your legal guardian to introduce content through INBTKW.org, you are obliged to fulfill the terms and conditions stated here, as this is considered to be a binding contract between you and INBTKW.org.
     
  2. Social instructions: If you introduce any user content or participation through an interactive zone within, or related to, INBTKW.org you agree to commit to the following rules:
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any user content that violates other people's right in any way, including any data that might lead to annoy, harass or threaten others.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any social offending content on the internet, including extremism, fanaticism, racism, platitude, rudeness and profanity.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any materials that might contain or promote pornography, pedophilia, ancestry, bestiality or other obscenities.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any user content that violates any laws or to take part in any activity that is considered criminal or can lead to any legal consequences.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any user content that encourages or provides instructions related to any illegal activity, or discussing any illegal activities with the intent of committing them.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any materials that might contain any commercials, or promoting any products or services, without obtaining clear approval from INBTKW.org.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any user content that is not related to any subject within any interactive zone.
    • You agree to not falsely claim to be any person or entity, including any of INBTKW.org employees, give false statement or misrepresent your identity.
    • You agree to not interfere with the privacy rights of any other user, including gathering personal information about INBTKW.org users, or posting private information through third party.
    • You agree to not upload, post or copy any user content, programs or other materials that contain viruses or other harmful software.
    • You agree not to interfere of disable INBTKW.org, or related networks, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies of the networks related to the websites.
    • You agree not to upload email addresses or any unwanted or unauthorized advertisements like spam, pyramid scheme, or any other promotions.
    • You agree not to recreate, repeat, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of INBTKW.org for commercial porpoises.
    • You agree not to upload, post or copy any user contents that are protected by copyrights, brand names, commercial secrecy, or any other ownership rights without obtaining a permission from their owners, and you will be held reliable for any damaged caused by violating the copyrights, brand names, commercial secrecy, or any other ownership rights. Anyone who is found by INBTKW.org to be violating intellectual property or other rights will be banned from posting on INBTKW.org.
    • You agree that, if necessary, a complaint can be filed for using the previously mentioned entities' names or similar names in the way INBTKW.org finds appropriate.
    • In caseof discovering any behavior that might restrict or deprive other people from using INBTKW.rg, INBTKW.org has the right to remove or adjust the user content you posted or delete your account for any reason. INBTKW.org is not responsible for the user content presented to INBTKW.org or posted in comments, chat rooms, on the bin boards or any other interactive domains by INBTKW.org users.
       
  3. Censorship:
    • INBTKW.org has the right, but not obliged, to review the user content posted on INBTKW.org in order to make sure it is consistent with the terms of use set by INBTKW.org, although INBTKW.org has no direct obligation to review, modify or delete any user content posted on the website. INBTKW.org has the right, and full freedom, to reject or delete any content without notifying the member or uploading it into INBTKW.org at any time and for any reason. You are the sole responsible for backing up or replacing the user content.
       
  4. User Content License:
    • By posting on INBTKW.org, you automatically give INBTKW.org the permission to use, post, copy, modify, edit, translate or include the material in other materials, distribute it without license and use it (completely or partially) worldwide and in any way in media or any known technologies, or in technologies that are to be developed within a complete period of copyrights that might be applied to user content. You guarantee that the user content is accurate and not delusional, and that using, posting or copying the user content do not violate these terms of use, and will not violate any rights, or cause harm to any person or entity. You can grant INBTKW.org more rights to legally pursuit any person or entity that violates terms of user content of INBTKW.org, or violates these terms of use.

2. Copy rights and property:

INBTKW.org contains materials subjected to copyrights, brand names and other secret information, including the copyrights and posting rights for texts, programs, videos, pictures, music, sounds and the content of INBTKW.org in general according to the laws of Kuwait and copyrights. INBTKW.org has the author right to select, order, assort, or enhance this content, as well as the original content. Therefore, you are not allowed to modify, post, copy, or participate in copying, selling or creating any materials based on the content or use the whole content or parts of it in any way. You can download material subjected to copyrights for personal use only. If the material is not subjected to copyrights, it is possible to use it, copy it, redistribute it, resend it, or post it without obtaining permission from INBTKW.org or the author. In case of any authorized copying or posting of any copyright subjected materials, or any changes by deleting or quoting, the trademarks lines or copyrights and publishing rights must be notified. You declare that you gain no property rights by uploading copyright subjected materials.

3. Third Party Content:

INBTKW.org is the distributer, not the publisher, of content provided by third parties. Consulting, data, services, offers, or other information and content provided by third party, including information providers or people benefiting from INBTKW.org, belong to the author / authors, and publisher / publishers. INBTKW.org and any third party do not guarantee the accuracy or completion of presented information, or the benefit of any content (go to section 5 for the full terms related to commitments and concessions). In many cases, the content of INBTKW.org represents the opinions of users and not subjected to a contract with the platform. INBTKW.org is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion or statement made by a person on INBTKW.org, whether representing himself or a third party. INBTKW.org is not responsible, under any conditions, of any loss or damage resulting from using or relying on the information obtained from INBTKW.org, and is not responsible for taking or refraining to take any actions based on information obtained from INBTKW.org. It is your responsibility to decide the completion and the benefit of any information, opinion, advice or other content. Kindly seek the advice of professionals when it is necessary regarding publishing any content.

4. Advertisements and promotions:

At the moment, there is no intention to present any advertisements on the platform, but in the future INBTKW.org might present advertisements for a third party on the website. Working, corresponding, or participating in promoting other advertisers on INBTKW.org, and any terms and conditions related to these actions, are strictly between you and such a third party. INBTKW.org is not responsible for any kind of harm or loss you suffered as a result of such actions, or of the presence of a third party advertiser on the website.

5. Disclaimer of warrantee and defining reliability:

  1. You clearly declare that you are using INBTKW.org on your own responsibility. INBTKW.org and the people who work for it, like agents, external content providers, and license providers do not guarantee that INBTKW.org services will not be discontinuous or error free, and no guarantees are provided regarding the outcome of using INBTKW.org, or about the accuracy, effectiveness or the content of any information or services.
  2. INBTKW.org represents any content for downloading without any guarantees of any kind, whether stated or implied, including the copyrights and the guarantees of marketing or fitting certain porpoises, excluding the guarantees provided by Kuwaiti laws that apply to these terms of use.
  3. INBTKW.org platform, its employees, agents, external content providers and the license providers are not responsible for any libel and aggressive or illegal behavior by other users or others, and any harm that might result from such acts is your responsibility.
  4. INBTKW.org, its employees, agents, external content providers, the license providers, and any person or entity who participated in developing, producing or distributing INBTKW.org content, are not responsible for any damages, whether they are direct, indirect, accidental, private, consequential or punitive that might result from using or not being able to use INBTKW.org.
  5. In addition to the previously stated conditions, INBTKW.org, its employees, agents, external content providers, the license providers, are not responsible, regardless of reason or timeframe, of any mistakes, inaccurate information, deleting or other information defects on INBTKW.org, and for any delay or discontinuity in conveying it, or for any claims for the losses caused by this. None of the previously mentioned sides can be held responsible for any third parties' claims for any losses of any kind, including for example the losses of profits and any penal or consequential compensation.
  6. INBTKW.org, its employees, agents, external content providers, the license providers, and any person or entity who participated in developing, producing or distributing INBTKW.org content, cannot guarantee the continuity, accuracy or completion of information. In addition to this, there are no guarantees for the results coming from such information. 
  7. INBTKW.org is not responsible in any way for unauthorized log in or usage of your personal information. By subscribing to INBTKW.org you declare and agree that INBTKW.org is not responsible for any of this. If you do not agree you should not use INBTKW.org.

6. Compensation:

You agree to give up any claims for compensation of damage from INBTKW.org, its managers, employees, and agents for any claims and expenses including attorney fees resulting from using INBTKW.org by you or your personal account.

7. Service Termination:

INBTKW.org might terminate or suspend this service without informing you. INBTKW.org has the right to terminate your account immediately in case of any unacceptable behavior from your side, according to INBTKW.org, or in case of any violation of the terms and conditions of the service.

8. Trademarks:

INBTKW.org platform has the rights for all logos and trademarks used to communicate with the website. All other logos and trademarks that appear on the website belong to their owners.

9. Varieties:

These terms of services and any operating rules set by INBTKW.org represent the final legal agreement for all sides, and it cancels all other agreements, whether verbal or written, between the two sides regarding such issues. The terms and conditions of this service are in the favor of INBTKW.org and third parties like service and license providers, and each has the right to confirm and activate these terms immediately. The terms of the service are interpreted according to Kuwaiti laws, regardless of any legal conflict. Any disclaimer from any side is considered a violation and dereliction.

10. Copyrights:

INBTKW.org respects all copyrights, therefore, INBTKW.org has adopted and carried out the policy of terminating the service for users who violate copyrights. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that is considered a violation of copyrights, please file a complaint to INBTKW.org regarding copyright violation and send it to the following email address:………. providing the following:

  1. Written or electronic power of attorney to act on behalf a copyrights owner that are claimed to be violated.
  2. Explanation of the author's work and a proof that the copyrights have been violated, which can include many copyrights on one website by one notification, using a list of all these works on the website.
  3. List of the materials that were violated and that are required to be deleted or reached in order to be disabled, and enough information to be able to identify them.
  4. Enough information for us to be able to contact the complainant.
  5. A declaration from the complainant that he assumes good intentions were behind using the copyrighted materials.
  6. Declaration that the information mentioned in the notification is accurate, subject to liability, and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of claimed to be violated copyrights.
